QUESTION ABOUT GRAPHICS TABLETS/?

Im considering buying a graphics tablet . Because id really love to get into graphic design.
Although i have afew questionsss?

If you have a good looking drawing/design made using a graphics tablet can you send a link?

Ive seen afew drawings done on a tablet and they look like crap. Is it just the drawer or do all tablets have limited design features

and do you have to have alot of skill to use one.. Do i need to download any programmes like photoshop or anything?

and whats the price range for quality one
